All our work will meet the highest quality standards. We will not use inferior parts or tolerate shoddy workmanship.
We will stand behind every job we do. Parts and labor will be warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. In some cases, the warranty will exceed these limits and such information will be clearly indicated on the repair order.

We will estimate or quote every job in advance, avoiding circumstances that might create an unpleasant surprise to a customer.

We will maintain our prices at a fair and competitive level, consistent with the quality of the material and services we provide.

We will never sell a customer a product or service that is not needed.

We will never high-pressure customers to buy, but will be as thorough as possible in our diagnostic process so that customers will have sufficient facts to make their own decisions.

We will remember that TIME is as important to our customers as it is to us and will always try to conserve their time by providing services that are fast and convenient.

We will treat our customers the way we expect to be treated; with courtesy, respect and consideration.

We will maintain the highest levels of honesty and integrity in all our dealings with our customers, employees and suppliers.
